Jess Harnell (born December 23, 1963) is an American voice actor and musician. He is best known for portraying Wakko Warner and Walter Wolf on Animaniacs, Hunter on Road Rovers, Sewer Urchin on The Tick, Secret Squirrel in the Super Super Secret Squirrel (Impersonating Mel Blanc) of 2 Stupid Dogs, Ironhide from the Transformers Movies, and Captain Hero on Drawn Together. He is also the announcer on America's Funniest Home Videos.
Beyond just voice acting, he is tapped very frequently to sing musical numbers for cartoons, doing the insert songs for many recent Scooby-Doo cartoons and films, such as Scooby-Doo: Camp Scare, and performing most of the songs not sung by the main cast in Disney's Phineas and Ferb.
