Josie Jaye Totah (born Joseph Jacob Totah) is an American teen actress, born on August 5, 2001, in Sacramento, California. She was the voice of Frank in the Disney Junior short-form series Nina Needs to Go! (also starring Jess Harnell), as well as a recurring role as Stuart Wooten on Disney Channel's Jessie (starring Karan Brar).
