Keith Szarabajka (born December 2, 1952) is an American actor and voice artist. As an on-screen actor, he has played Daniel Holtz on Angel, Robert Morrison on 24, Detective Gerard Shephens in The Dark Knight, and (more or less) Herschel Biggs in L. A. Noire.
He has Pretty Uncanny voice though.
