Chromedome, is the Doctor.
Professor Chromedome is a fictional character from The Tick Franchise. He is a green-skinned mad scientist with a strong German accent and, as his name implies, a metal dome atop his head. He is typically seen in the employ of Chairface Chippendale, whom he addresses as "Herr Chippendale." Although not expressly identified as a Nazi, his accent and gratuitious cruelty imply such a status.
Chromedome's character can perhaps be best summed up by his angry denouncement of a Mad Scientist Fair in the episode "The Tick vs. Science": "What good is science if no one gets hurt?!" He was voiced by Hamilton Camp.
